スクールモン修道院で醸造されるトラピストビール。1966年に神父が考案したレシピによって誕生した新しい銘柄。りんご、あんず、マスカット、柑橘系のフルーティーな香り、バニラ、カラメルのような甘い香りもある。ホップが効いたドライな口当たりに、酸味もあって、のどの渇きを癒すのに最適なビール。

The brewery of “Chimay White” is located in the Scourmont Abbey, a Trappist monastery.
This crisp beer bears a light orange color and is the most hopped and driest of the three. This beer is the newest one coming from 1966.
