アヘル修道院で醸造されるトラピストビール。ウエストマールで42年間技術主任を務めたブラザー・トーマスをコンサルタントに招き、1998年に世界唯一の「トラピスト修道院内のパブ」をオープンさせた。ホップのさわやかな香り、レモンなど柑橘系の香りもあり、フレッシュでフルーティーな印象です。甘味、苦味のバランスがよくボリューム感があって、舌に残る余韻も十分に長いのが特徴です。

“Achel Blond” is one of the Trappist beers brewed by Achelse Kluis. Thomas Sas, who had brewed Trappist beers in Westmalle for 42 years, helped to brew beers there, and he opened the beer pub in the Trappist monastery in 1998 for the first time. You can feel the fruity aroma of hops, good balance between sweetness and bitterness, and long aftertaste.
