18世紀以来のメッヘレンの 伝統的なお祭りである“オップシンヨール”（Opsinjoor）という操り人形祭りに「ホップ」を掛け合わせたユーモラスな名前のビール。ゴールディング、スパルト、ハラタウそしてザーツの4種類のホップが使用され、ホップの瑞々しい香りが広がる。柑橘系の香りやコショーのようなスパイシーな香りもある。ホップの苦味がとても良く効いており、アルコール感とのバランスが良い素晴らしい味わい。

“Hopsinjoor” derived from “Opsinjoor”, the typical character of Mechelen, and several kinds of hops which is used for making it. It has citrus flavor with spicy taste like white pepper, and freshness from hops in aftertaste.
