野生酵母による自然発酵のビールにハーブを加え、更に発酵させたホワイトビール。泡立ちは少なく黄金色で、ほのかに感じる酵母菌による発酵臭と、ランビック特有の酸味が魅力的。白ビールのランビックは非常に珍しくティママンブランシェが唯一のホワイト・ランビックです。

There is no other beer like “Timmermans Blanche” anywhere in the world because it is the only white lambic beer. By adding spices such as coriander and dried orange zest, a light, fruity beer is created.
