It is named after the Central Station (“Antwerp Central”) in Antwerp, the capital of Antwerp province in the region of Flanders in 2005, with 130 seats.
Located in the central of Tokyo and directly connected to Tokyo Station.
Enjoy up to 10 different kinds of draft beer in the open terrace with seasonal air.

東京の渋谷・銀座の名だたるグランメゾンにて修業をする。2008年にBelgian Brasserie Court ANTWERP PORTに入店。2013年、Belgian Brasserie Court ANTWERP SIXに移動し、2014年4月より同店料理長に就任。現在Antwerp Centralで料理長を務める。農家育ちで土の香りのする力強い野菜を使った料理や、欧州の伝統料理シャルキュトリーを現代に広く伝えるべく日々研賢に励む魅惑の料理人です。

Trained at the famous Grand Maison in Shibuya and Ginza, Tokyo. Entered Belgian Brasserie Court ANTWERP PORT in 2008. In 2013, he moved to the Belgian Brasserie Court ANTWERP SIX, where he became head chef in April 2014. After that, he became the head chef of Ise Kadoya Beer. He is a charming chef who works hard every day to spread the traditional European cuisine charcuterie to the modern age, as well as dishes that use powerful vegetables with the scent of the earth that grew up on a farm.
