現代とが美しく調和したベルギーの都市「Gent」 に由来します。

大手町駅直結。
BBCで初のロティサリーオーブンを導入。
食材にこだわり、素材の旨みを引き出したお料理を楽しめます。

It is named after a city of Gent, where is harmonized the Middle Ages with the present age
Opened in 2013 with 40 seats, directly connected to Otemachi Station.
We introduced first Rotisserie oven into our BBC kitchen to provide crispy and juicy rotisserie chicken, and of course there are more authentic Belgian cuisine to enjoy a large number of Belgian beer.

新潟県出身。都内のフレンチ、イタリアン中心に研磨を重ねる。2018年アントワープセントラル入店。副料理長を務めたのち、2023年より料理長に就任。常に食べるお客様のことを一番に考え、臨機応変に変更もし、料理を追求し続けています。素材に対して一番のおいしいタイミングでご提供することを心がけています。
