It is named after the Central Station (“Antwerp Central”) in Antwerp, the capital of Antwerp province in the region of Flanders in 2005, with 130 seats.

Dedicated to the rich traditions of Belgian beer culture, our restaurant is helmed by the team that operated the official restaurant of the Belgian Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka.

アントワープセントラルでは、ベルギー製の特注ドラフトタワーを使用。ドラフトマスター日本チャンピオンの注ぐ10種の樽生とボトルで楽しむ約60種のベルギービールを取り揃えております。

TANAKA KYOHEI
大阪のホテルでキャリアをスタート。奥深いフレンチの魅力に目覚めフランス料理の修行を重ねる。2008年BBCアントワープシックスに入店し、ベルギービールとベルギー料理・フレンチのマリアージュを追求する。BBCルーヴェン料理長に就任。常に料理の研究に力を注ぎ、一皿ごとに情熱を込め仕上げていく。積極的に独自のアイデアを盛り込む、センスあふれるシェフである。
He began his culinary career at a hotel in Osaka, where he developed a deep appreciation for French cuisine and refined his skills through extensive training.
In 2008, he joined BBC Antwerp Six, pursuing the harmonious pairing of Belgian beer, Belgian cuisine, and French gastronomy.
Later appointed Head Chef of BBC Leuven, he continuously dedicates himself to culinary innovation, crafting each dish with passion and precision.
A chef of remarkable creativity and refined sensibility, he is known for incorporating original ideas into every plate.
