It is named after the Central Station (“Antwerp Central”) in Antwerp, the capital of Antwerp province in the region of Flanders in 2005, with 130 seats.

アントワープセントラルでは、ベルギー製の特注ドラフトタワーを使用。ドラフトマスター日本チャンピオンの注ぐ10種の樽生とボトルで楽しむ約60種のベルギービールを取り揃えております。

CHEF
谷口 哲也
TANIGUCHI TETSUYA
1960年生まれ。高校卒業後、プロのギタリストを目指して伊豆大島から上京。料理人として働くうちにフランス料理の魅力に取りつかれ、いつしか料理一筋に。料理の達人・上村時夫シェフの下で修業し、1986年に渡仏。二つ星「ダニエル・レオン」、一つ星「オテル・ドゥ・フランス」ではシェフ・ソシエとして研鑽を積み、帰国後は名だたるレストランを経験し、2001年には「アフタヌーンティー・ベイカー＆ダイナー」のシェフに就任。国産食材の素晴らしさを追求する情熱あふれる料理人である。
Born in 1960 on Izu Oshima Island, Tetsuya Taniguchi moved to Tokyo after graduating from high school, initially aspiring to become a professional guitarist. While working as a cook, however, he discovered a profound fascination with French cuisine and eventually devoted himself entirely to the culinary arts.
After honing his craft under renowned chef Tokio Uemura, he traveled to France in 1986, where he further refined his skills at the two-Michelin-starred Daniel Léon and the one-Michelin-starred Hôtel de France.
Upon returning to Japan, he gained experience at a number of distinguished restaurants before being appointed Chef of Afternoon Tea BAKER&DINER in 2001. With a deep respect for the exceptional quality of Japanese ingredients, he continues to pursue a cuisine that reveals their true character and potential.
