セゾンビール
農家が冬の間に仕込んで、夏に飲むために貯蔵しておいたビールから発展したもので、
主に南部のワロン地方で造られている。
夏までの数カ月間ビールを持たせるために、ホップを多く使用し爽快で飲み飽きしないビールが多い。
“Saison” style beer is developed from the beer which is made by farmers.
They make it in Winter for their labor of Summer time. Its character is freshness and flavor of hops because of using many hops to extend its lifespan.
